In 1995, Bay-Tech Equipment Rentals, Inc. was formed to provide offshore equipment to the commercial diving and offshore industry. Founder, Mike Wills, provided the base of industry experience and management expertise to launch the company. The vision at the time was to provide relief to customers requiring additional commercial diving support equipment during times of availability shortfalls along the US Gulf Coast from Texas to Florida.

In 2001, as a result of the exceptional sales growth and demands from customers, Bay-Tech expanded the business by starting a new division to compliment the rental division. Bay-Tech Industries, Inc. was created to market quality equipment for the commercial diving industry, provide repair service and become a distribution center for diving industry parts and equipment. The company provides a growing range of commercial diving and offshore related equipment to customers world wide.

Today, the company operates within a 24,000 square foot multiplex, offering large inventory storage capabilities and room for complex on-site fabrication capable of designing and building standard or custom equipment for sale or rental.

Bay-Tech Equipment Rentals, Inc and Bay-Tech Industries, Inc has expanded over the years but has not forgotten its roots as a struggling company. We gratefully pause to express our gratitude to the diving companies and divers of the industry to whom much of our success is accredited.
